Museums at Oglebay Park
Sewickley, PA
Artist, photographer, graphic designer, printmaker, museum designer.
The Mansion Museum located at Oglebay Park in Wheeling West Virginia required hours of historical research and preparation before exhibits could be properly designed. A rare steel engraving from 1849 was discovered in the museum archives and carefully photographed to retain the engraving lines. This image was used for the Pioneering Spirit introduction panel. The Northwood Gallery Glass Museum project included scanning a turn-of-the-century album and one-of-a-kind record of the Northwood glass works in Wheeling, West Virginia. A similar design style was chosen for Northwood as both museums were part of the history of Wheeling.
