Paul/Jay Associates created the Kaleidoscope annual report designs 1992 -1995 for the Regional Education Service Agency VI in Wheeling West Virginia that represented a large number of regional education institutions. The Health Plan of the Upper Ohio Valley Annual Report showcased an early history of healthcare in the Ohio Valley (circa 1830 -1870) that paralleled the growth of Ohio Valley’s first Health Maintenance Organization. The medical equipment was photographed from a newly-discovered collection housed at Northwestern University School of Medicine and first published in this report.
